Prospect Park is an 81 unit apartment complex situated in a quiet, natural setting near the center of Bloomfield, CT. Bloomfield is a town which combines an open, ‘country’ feel with easy access to the more urban/suburban areas of West Hartford Center, Blueback Square and downtown Hartford. We are also within walking distance of the wide range of restaurants, stores, pharmacies & movies located in the center of town.
All the apartments at Prospect Park are 2 bedroom townhouse-style units, so when you open the door, you are walking into your own space. 51 of the units have private two car garages, where once you pull in garage, you’re inside your own unit. Units without garages have a full basement, with outdoor parking near your front door. We have owned and operated Prospect Park for the past 45 years and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We have a dedicated maintenance staff who prioritize tenant satisfaction and take care of issues quickly. We plow snow ourselves, so when you need to get up and out, you’re not stuck waiting for the snowplow. We also maintain the pool, so it’s always clean and ready to cool you off.
